The LEMKEN CHALLENGE is the brainchild of Richard Relph, who not only came up with the idea, but also had the vision of creating a recipe which would appeal to many groups, and tick as many 'boxes' as possible.

Richard is a relative newcomer to the LEMKEN UK team, having joined us in springtime of 2008 as Area Service Manager for the West & South-West of England, as well as Sprayer Specialist. A background in farm management, potato growing and irrigation, equipped him for a challenging role within LEMKEN.

Originally from Cumbria, Richard now lives in Shropshire with his wife Claire, daughter, and 2 sons.

An avid and accomplished mountain-biker, Richard has the drive and infectious enthusiasm to ensure that both he and the rest of the team achieve the end goal of both cycling the distance, as well as raising the target funds for charity.
